Project Executive – Events & Exhibition

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager to manage the installation and de-installation of events, exhibitions and permanent displays
- Adhere to project scheduling, including documentation, commissioning and hand-over
- Maintain quality control and liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Adhere to project budget and cost control measures
- Understand safety, building & regulatory requirements & ensure compliance
- Attend site meetings
- Administer routine management reporting and updates
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience with proven track records
- Possess a NITEC and/or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical
- Meticulous and good planning and co-ordination skills
- Ability to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
